These lockers will be the main point of contact with the club. Each member will be given a key that will provide access to their locker as well as demonstrate their inclusion as a “Key Holder” and member of the Lock and Key Collective.

– Fall: September
– Winter: December

The bottles will be selected by our team to fit both the season, as well as your tastes. To make this possible, we will be asking you a few questions at the beginning of your membership and throughout the year to ensure we find the best beers for you.

Do I get to pick what is included in my quarterly locker drop?

No, this is is a curated club —  and that’s the fun of it! We definitely will respect your tastes and do our best to find beers that suit them.

Are the beers I receive exclusive to club members?

No. We do not guarantee that any beers will only available to club members. We do our best to source exclusive beers for members, but sometimes due to the ebb and flow of a beer’s demand based on things like distribution, brewery production and acclaim, the beers you received in your locker may also be on the shelf and available to the public.

That said, being part of the club is the best way to gain access to extremely limited releases as they come into inventory.

Are hoppy beers part of the quarterly locker drops?

We love hoppy beers, but for the most part, we avoid including hoppy beers in our quarterly locker drops. The reason is that we want our customers to drink hoppy beers as fresh as possible and since our locker drops are once every three months, it’s very difficult to predict what will be fresh at the time of the locker drops, and we hate seeing hoppy beers get old! That being said, if some epic, exclusive hoppy beer is available the week of a quarterly locker drop, we may include it in your drop, in that scenario we’d just ask that you pick up your beer as soon as possible. Additionally, we offer Lock and Key members first dibs and exclusive notifications when we get rarer hoppy beers.

Will there be member events?

We will throw some events throughout the year.  Members may get early notice or priority to tickets for some events, but membership does not guarantee access to events.

Can I share my membership?

Membership is intended for one individual.  Benefits may not be transferred or shared. Key holding member must be present for any benefits to be redeemed.  Online orders must be paid for by the Key Holder.

When can I pickup my beers?

There will be four “Locker Drops” per year at the Little Italy Bottlecraft.  Specific dates and will be shared via newsletters and social media. Once in your locker, the beer will wait patiently for you to pick up.  Each locker will provide ample space for the included membership beers throughout the year. If you make additional purchases and begin to run out of space in your locker, we will contact you to let you know.  All beer must be picked up from lockers by December 31, 2020. After December 31st, 2020, all leftover beer will be removed from lockers and members will be notified to pickup within the month of January. Any beer that has not been picked up by February 1st will be forfeited. Bottlecraft will not issue refunds or exchanges for any items that are not picked up by this deadline.

How do I pick up my beers?

Beers will be placed in your locker in Bottlecraft Little Italy. You will be provided a key for the locker before January 1, 2020.  If you forget your key, spare locker keys will be stored behind the bar. You’ll just need to show your photo ID to check out a key, then head up to your locker and grab your beers from your locker. If a key is lost, a $5 replacement fee will be charged.

Can I have someone else pick up my beer for me?

Membership is intended for one person and this includes accessing your locker.  However, if you’d like to pass your key along to a friend to pick up your beers for you, you are free to do so.  Spare keys stored behind the bar will only be checked out to the Key Holder on the account, no exceptions. Once the beer is checked out of your locker, Bottlecraft is no longer responsible for any damage or loss.

Can I have my beers shipped?

We’re sorry, but at this time we are unable to ship orders.

Will you store my beers?

Yes!  A storage locker in the Bottlecraft Little Italy location is included in your membership until December 31st, 2020.  The locker stores about twelve 750ml bottles. After December 31st, 2020, all leftover beer will be removed from lockers and members will be notified to pickup within the month of January. Any beer that has not been picked up by February 1st will be forfeited. Bottlecraft will not issue refunds or exchanges for any items that are not picked up by this deadline.
